This Simple Finger Test Could Spot Early Signs Of Lung Cancer!

An oncology nurse advisor at Bupa UK revealed an easy finger trick that anyone can do to spot any respiratory tumors. All you have to do is put the nails of your index fingers together as if you're going to make the top of a heart. Most people will see a small gap between the nails that will look like a tiny diamond shape. If there isn't a gap, it could be a sign of "finger clubbing" which is an unusual symptom that occurs in 35% of lung cancer patients. According to the HuffPost,

"Most people with lung cancer don't know their fingers are clubbing unless they know specifically to look out for it. The test is used by medical professionals as a partial method of confirming conditions, but you can also do the test yourself, and it only takes a few seconds. If you can’t see any kind of gap beneath your nail beds, this means your fingers are clubbed”.

If you do have clubbed fingers, before you freak out just keep in mind that sometimes clubbed fingers run in families.
