Jeopardy! host Alex Trebek has been getting tons of love and support after he revealed that he was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer earlier this year. He has been very public about his struggle with cancer treatment. He underwent chemotherapy and then returned to the Jeopardy! stage in September. However, he said he's returning to chemo after his numbers went sky high.
During last night's episode of Jeopardy!, one contestant made Alex choke up with his kind words. Instead of choosing an answer to the "Final Jeopardy!" question, Dhruv Gaur decided to write "We love you, Alex!" When Alex read the message, he started to get choked up when the camera panned to him. He replied saying, "That's very kind of you. Thank you. Cost you $1,995. You're left with five bucks. Okay."
