A day after resigning as head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders over controversial language in emails over a period of several years, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have announced they are removing Jon Gruden from their Ring of Honor at Raymond James Stadium.
The team issued a statement saying they acknowledge his contributions on the field, but his actions go against the team's core values.
Gruden led the Bucs to their first Super Bowl victory in 2003.
