A Palm Beach County judge is willing to accept a 10-day suspension and a $37,500 fine for not physically showing up to work.

Judge Marni Bryson was accused of failing “to devote full time and attention” to her responsibilities for three years.

Before accepting a settlement agreement, she had planned to argue she was putting in the time by working remotely.

The Florida Supreme Court must still accept the deal.
